Create transparency and clarity!
With systematic reviews and assessments, I give my customers the opportunity to have projects, services, organization or business agility assessed by an external person and to receive concrete suggestions for improvement.
Changes are my business, projects are my competence.
Project Review
Do you lack transparency in a project? Don't know where the project is? Although the project reports green, are there problems? Or do you take over an existing project and don't know exactly where it is and where exactly you have to set priorities?
I offer two types of project reviews:
Classic Project Review
The aim of a classic project review is to develop improvement measures.
To this end, the current situation is ascertained by means of systemic interviews and document study and compared with the predefined target reference.
The resulting gaps are analyzed, assessed and evaluated and concrete measures are proposed for improvement.
This type of review is suitable if the organization wants a third party to get an accurate picture of how well a project follows a method and where there are deviations.
In the classic review, I take on the role of project expert. The duration of a classic review is approximately three weeks.
Collaborative Project Review
In contrast to a classic review, the project is not assessed and evaluated by an external expert, but the project team itself conducts the review under my guidance as moderator.
In a two-day workshop, the project outcome is verified, the current situation is assessed, the target state is worked out and suitable improvement measures are defined to get there.
The workshop process is based on the Flow Engineering method, which I have adapted to the specific characteristics of projects. Great importance is attached to the added value to be generated by the project..
This approach strengthens the team's cooperation and generates sustainable improvements tailored to the problem in an extremely short time and with little effort, which are also supported by the team.
Service and Process Assessment
Is your organization struggling?
Your Business Agility leaves something to be desired?
Services are not provided in the desired quality, errors and complaints are increasing?
Your organization is sluggish and slow to respond to market changes?
Productivity is falling and costs are rising?
Employees behave passively and are less proactive and not motivated?
This is the ideal time to conduct a neutral assessment. That shows strength!
As a certified auditor/assessor, I carry out systematic service or process assessments. Based on the EFQM model I compare the current situation with a target model (e.g. SAFe® 5, ITIL® V3 or 4),
analyze and evaluate the gaps and identify potential for improvement.
